The number of reconfigurations on assembly manufacturing resources rises continuously. In order to choose resources with the suitable reconfigurability, evaluation of reconfigurability is becoming more and more important. Therefore, a five-step methodology was developed. In this article the included key performance indicator system, on which evaluation is based, is presented. It contains economic and structural indices. Finally, the key performance indicator system is exemplarily demonstrated.
