N2 - We demonstrate the fabrication and optical characterization of diamond nanopillar arrays containing silicon-vacancy (SiV-) color centers. Micro-photoluminescence reveals narrow linewidths and small inhomogeneous broadening of SiV- emission from the nanopillars.
