N2 - Dissection of the common hepatic artery is a rare complication after orthotopic liver transplant. Subsequent thrombosis and occlusion of the transplant artery can result in graft failure requiring retransplant. We describe a case of hepatic artery dissection, occurring on the basis of primary vasculopathy, extending into the celiac trunk, with subtotal occlusion of the vessel through accompanying thrombosis. An attempt of endovascular rescue led to successful recanalization of the vessel and graft survival.
