Abstract

Conversion electrons of ¹⁸⁸Re following neutron capture in ¹⁸⁷Re were measured with the beta spectrometer at the FRM reactor. In the energy range between 8 keV and 300 keV, 53 conversion lines were found. Multipolarities were determined for 39 transitions. A level scheme containing 11 levels with spins and parities is proposed.
