Abstract
Comparison of I∞ -Norm amd I1 -Norm optimization for multi-antenna downlink transmission was discussed. Independent data streams were submitted via an M-element antenna array to K non-cooperating signal antenna receivers. Results showed that the spatial diversity and processing gain are obtained by spreading signals in the spatial domain which may significantly improve the signal-to-interference-ratio (SIR).
