Abstract

This Paper describes the expansion of a load profile generator for active and reactive power consumption from households with home charging processes of electric vehicles. 500 synthetic profiles are compared to smart meter measurement data and their active and reactive power profiles. Furthermore, the impact of a stepwise increasing penetration of electric vehicles on the German standard residential load profile for households is displayed. With respect to results of recent studies a possible direction of development for the standard residential load profile is presented.
