This book is intended for public authorities, business support organizations and NGOs, more specifically the municipality officials, the site owners and others who would like to understand what type of work needs to be done in order to holistically assess a disused industrial site. The book is made as a workbook where through short questions the user can identify needed assessments and review what is needed for their implementation.
