note = "Funding Information: The AGFD award winners Cristina Andr{\'e}s-Lacueva and Ra{\'u}l Gonz{\'a}lez-Dom{\'i}nguez are scientists at the University of Barcelona, Spain. Cristina Andr{\'e}s-Lacueva is a full professor at the Nutrition, Food Science & Gastronomy Department at the University of Barcelona. Here, she leads the Biomarkers and Nutritional & Food Metabolomics research group. Her group works on the understanding of qualitative and quantitative links between dietary patterns, nutritional phenotype, and risk factors for diet-related chronic diseases. Ra{\'u}l Gonz{\'a}lez-Dom{\'i}nguez received his Ph.D. degree in chemistry at the University of Huelva, Spain, in 2015 and then joined the University of Barcelona as a postdoctoral researcher under the “Juan de la Cierva” program funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science. His research interests are on the development and application of targeted and untargeted metabolomics approaches in food science, epidemiological, nutritional, and biomedical research. ",
