abstract = "Non-viral copolymer-protected gene vector (COPROG) and its ability to transfect osteoblasts in vitro were analyzed. Gene vectors were formulated with fibrin glue as a carrier matrix. The dissolved fibrinogen component was mixed with the gene vector suspensions and lyophilized. The results show that the copolymer-protected gene vectors were able to transfer osteoblasts in vitro.",
